Please Read:
Return/Refund Policy: Return complete, undamaged product within 30 days of purchase with receipt/confirmation, if you are not satisfied with the product. Level Rite LLC is not responsible for any shipping costs related to the return of product.
Delivery: Shipping costs vary depending on distances and the number/weight of tools purchased. Shipping costs, when determined by United Parcel Service (UPS) will be added to the total purchase price. Level Rite staff makes every effort to package the products in an attempt to kekep shipping costs at a minimum for the purchaser. All products are shipped through UPS, unless otherwise requested. Indicate in the special instructions section at Checkout if another carrier is preferred. Every effort is made to ship within 2-3 days of order. Liability Statement: Level Rite LLC products are designed for specific purposes and tested to support specific weights. Damage or injury could result if products are not used as specified in instructions and marketing materials. Disputes will be addressed according to California law in California courts.
Security: All information collected to complete a purchase is secured at one site, and managed by a single indificual for security purposes and privacy. Customer information is not sold or shared with any company or individual.
Privacy Policy: Information obtained for the purchase of Level Rite LLC products will not be used for any purpose other than to complete the sale, and to provide to the customer additional information about products.
